Cancelling the test

Candidates who request a cancellation of their test within 5 weeks of the test date receive no refund unless they are able to provide appropriate medical evidence to support their request. Candidates who request a cancellation before 5 weeks of the test date will be charged an administration fee of € 40,-.

Transfer to another test date

Candidates may transfer test dates after they have been registered. The IELTS centre charges € 50,- for this service. Please note, that the request for the transfer as well as the payment must be done no less than 3 WEEKS before the test. Please transfer this fee to our account: 65.55.42.353.
