Cancelling the test

Candidates who request a cancellation of their test within 5 weeks of the test date receive no refund unless they are able to provide appropriate medical evidence to support their request. Candidates who request a cancellation before 5 weeks of the test date will be charged an administration fee of 50 EUR from your test fee.

Transfer to another test date

Candidates may transfer test dates after they have been registered. The IELTS centre charges € 50,- for this service. Please note, that the request for the transfer as well as the payment must be done no less than 3 WEEKS before the test.
